What We Process
TrustLens processes images that users upload for the purpose of generating an image trust analysis. The analysis may include provenance signals, metadata, watermark indicators, and visual consistency checks.
Image Storage
Uploaded images are used for the requested analysis and are not intentionally stored by TrustLens as a product feature. Temporary technical data may exist in service infrastructure for security, debugging, reliability, abuse prevention, or request recovery.
Model Improvement
TrustLens does not use uploaded images to train or improve machine learning models.
Sharing
TrustLens does not sell uploaded images. We do not intentionally share uploaded images with third parties except where required to operate, secure, debug, or comply with legal obligations related to the service.
Logs and Diagnostics
We may collect limited technical logs, such as request status, processing time, approximate file characteristics, errors, IP-derived rate-limit signals, and security events. These logs help us maintain reliability, investigate abuse, and prevent service overload.
Upload Limits and Abuse Prevention
TrustLens limits supported file types, file size, request rate, and analysis time to protect the service and other users. Requests may be rejected or temporarily limited when they exceed these safety controls.
User Requests

Analysis Disclaimer
TrustLens provides probabilistic analysis and should not be used as definitive proof. Users should verify important decisions through independent sources.
